What happens after you place an order with EDPLIT. Your order is processed, shipped, and delivered in several steps depending on your location and shipping method.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that processing and shipping are separate steps with different timeframes.
Shipping Time & Costs
Shipping costs vary based on package size and destination. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Standard Delivery (14–21 business days): €15 – €89
- Standard Delivery + Insurance (14–21 business days): €20 – €94
- Express Delivery (5–14 business days): €24 – €98
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local logistics and customs procedures.
Delivery Information
We ship all orders internationally using trusted express logistics partners.
Orders are typically delivered via major international carriers such as FedEx and UPS, depending on the destination and availability of service coverage.
In cases where standard express carriers are not available, alternative logistics partners like Nova Global may be used to ensure successful delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
Our prices do not include VAT, GST, or other import taxes.
Additional customs fees may apply depending on your location.
You will receive a notification from customs for payment before final delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your delivery status in real time using our tracking system.
