How should tiles be cut for installation?

Use the provided adhesive template to mark the cut precisely. Tiles can be cut using an angle grinder, waterjet, or Edplit diamond tools. For best results, we recommend using professional tools designed for precise tile work see our tile cutting tools collection. A step-by-step video guide is included.

What tile thickness is supported for installation?

The system is designed for tiles up to 12 mm thick. The exception is the M5 model, in which the thickness of the tile is up to 20 mm.
Thanks to the adjustable mounting frame and push rods, the flush button can be precisely aligned to match the tile surface, ensuring seamless integration and reliable operation.

Can I service it without removing tiles?

Yes. The system is designed to allow access behind the flush plate, enabling maintenance without tile removal.

Is it easy to install?

Yes. The system comes with a cutting template, adjustment tool, and video guide. The installer needs basic tools and 1–2 hours.
